Charitable Funding
If you are a member of the Ileostomy Association you may be eligible to apply for funding to access my private services and have 1:1 sessions, access the video library or join live classes.
This funding was left to the IA from a lovely client who has since died. She wanted others to benefit from my services and expertise in the same way she did.
It is open to anyone with any type of stoma, the only stipulation is that you must join the IA.
The funding usually provides 2 x 1:1 sessions online or a number of classes and video recordings, but this is flexible depending on my services at the time.

I am the author of the International best-selling book, The Bowel Cancer Recovery Toolkit, published in 2019. The first ever book to be published about exercise, movement and bowel cancer.
In the book, I set out a step-by-step recovery programme wherever you are on your treatment pathway, and share tips and advice for everyone.
